Not only do you, the buyer, want a positive and pleasant transaction, but we do too! The following policies will help you make an informed decision BEFORE purchasing:
Should the wrong item be sent, a full refund will be issued or an identical replacement, if available, will be sent. The item MUST be returned to us in the state & condition it was sent, before the refund is issued or the replacement sent. We will reimburse the buyer for the return shipping as well and send out a replacement at our expense. Please use the same care in protecting & mailing the returned item as we did (using the same materials, when possible).
If the item is damaged when received, please take pictures of the exterior packaging, as well as all internal damages --- since most of the items will be insured by a third party. Verification of damage is needed in order to file a claim.
If damage does occur, you will need to return the entire packaging for us to make the claim against the insurer.
We will not accept returns of any items because you have changed your mind or have made a mistake in ordering. Our descriptions and photos of the items are as detailed and exact as we can make them. Please contact us on any issues concerning your potential purchase.
We are willing to combine shipping, but you will need to contact us concerning which items. There are limits to the number of items (often because of size) that we can safely place and protect within the packages.
